I'm not sure what these flowers are but they were taken at the Botanical Gardens in Washington DC. I had wonderful soft light which makes the photo. If anyone knows what type of flower this is please let me know. Thanks!

Really beautiful soft light and soft DOF ... these could be a variety of vinca (more commonly known as periwinkle) ... they are beautiful in the way that they uncoil to reveal a perfectly symmetrical flower ... nice shot, Monte!
